Accurate Valuations for Farmland and Rural Properties

A Trusted Provider of Land Appraisal Services

My name is Herbert Meyer, ARA, Accredited Rural Appraiser. Since 1991, I have provided excellent appraisal services for farmlands and other properties through different avenues. You can trust me to provide you with an accurate assessment of your land’s value.

Qualifications and Experience

From 1993 until 2019, I worked for several companies in the agricultural profession, including Compeer Financial, 1st Farm Credit Services, and Farm Credit Services of Western Illinois. I primarily focused on prepared appraisals for farm credit services loans and fee appraisal clients on agricultural properties for a wide range of purposes.

My base territory spanned throughout Peoria, Fulton, Knox, Marshall, and Stark counties over my 28-year career. I also had duty territory in Mason, Tazewell, Henderson, and Warren counties during my time with Farm Credit. In addition to working in the financial end of the profession, I was a swine facility specialist from 2009 until my retirement from Farm Credit.
